Monthly sewing series for teens | Small groups | All standard materials included

This series is perfect for beginner and returning teen sewists who want to build real skills in a supportive, hands-on studio. Classes run as a monthly series so teens can learn at a steady pace, build confidence, and explore projects without rushing.

Some teens may complete smaller projects, while others may work on a larger garment over multiple weeks. Both approaches are welcome!

• February Series: Sundays, Feb 8, 15, 22 + Mar 1 | 12:15–2:15 pm | $200

• March Series: Sundays, Mar 8, 15, 22, 29 | 12:15–2:15 pm | $200

• April Series: Sundays, Apr 12, 19, 26 + May 3 | 12:15–2:15 pm | $200

Projects Teens May Work On

• Stuffies

• Totes or accessories

• Makeup bags

• Simple tops

• Returning students can continue, refine, or expand prior projects

Larger garments like dresses are welcome as premium projects with planning and approval. Additional materials fees may apply for specialty fabrics or extended projects.

Skills Teens Will Learn

• Safe sewing machine setup and operation

• Reading and using patterns

• Pinning, cutting, and pressing

• Construction and finishing techniques

• Clean hems, topstitching, and detail work

Instruction is individualized so beginners feel supported, while returning teens are challenged to grow their skills.

Teen Studio Vibe

The studio is flexible and hands-on. Some days are focused, others are exploratory. Teens build skills, creative confidence, and problem-solving abilities at their own pace. Progress matters more than perfection.
