April Kids Sewing Club
April Sewing Club
Ages 7+
Sewing Club is where kids turn ideas into real projects while building confidence at the sewing machine.
Students work at their own pace and choose from a menu of projects ranging from larger sewing builds to quick creative wins. Some students focus on one larger project over several classes, while others enjoy completing a few smaller projects along the way.
Projects are chosen once students arrive in the studio, so there’s no need to decide ahead of time.
New on the Sewing Menu This Month
Treasure Hunter Skirt
A twirly gathered skirt with giant side pockets perfect for collecting treasures. Students will learn elastic waistbands, gathering, and garment construction while making a skirt they’ll actually want to wear all spring.
Tried-and-True Studio Projects
These projects usually take multiple classes to complete.
Design-Your-Own Tote
Students create their own fabric artwork and turn it into a tote bag they can use for library books, sleepovers, or everyday adventures.
Creator Stuffy
Design and sew a plush friend from scratch while learning pattern pieces, seam allowance, turning, and stuffing techniques.
Cozy PJ Pants
A comfy beginner clothing project that teaches elastic waistbands and garment construction.
Quick Studio Projects (Some examples)

Learn how to install a zipper and create a lined pouch for treasures, art supplies, or tiny collections.
